Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, Holiday Life will collect certain percentages from the customer over the total costs of the services specified in the travel agreement in order to cover the precautions and expenses related to the travel. These amounts were determined as follows.
Cancellation conditions;
The 35% deposit collected by us for A-Villa rental is absolutely non-refundable.
If the B-Villa rental is up to 30 days before the entrance to the villa, 35% of the villa rental price must be paid.
If the C-Villa rental process is made 29 days before the entry date to the villa, 100% villa rental fee will be charged.
D- In case the rental process is canceled by Holiday Life for any reason. This notification will be made by us as soon as possible. At the same time, if there is another villa with the same features available for the same period in our portfolio, it will be recommended to our guest. In cases of force majeure (earthquake, flood, disaster, etc.), the entire payment will be returned to the guest.
If you do not come to the specified villa after the rental process you have made through E-Holiday Life, if you leave early, no refund will be made.
If there is a special cancellation policy for some Villas/Summers found in our F-Portfolio, it is definitely stated in the information section of the villa.
G-Returns requested by you will be based on e-mail or registered written notifications and will be valid from the moment they reach us.
H-In case the tenant fails to make the remaining payment after the deposit payment, Holiday Life reserves the right to rent the specified villa to other persons.
After receiving the K-Payment, Holiday Life has the right to terminate the contract unilaterally within 1 (one) day. In these cases, the refund will be made to the customer's account or credit card within 1 (one) day. If, for any reason, the villa/apartment reservation is unilaterally canceled by Holiday Life, this situation will be notified to the customer as soon as possible. If there is an equivalent villa/apartment available on the same dates in our portfolio, it will be proposed to the customer. In cases where the customer does not approve and does not fall under the "force majeure" clause, the money received will be returned to the customer. Holiday Life is not responsible and cannot be held responsible for any damages that may arise from reservations canceled by Holiday Life. Flight ticket, bus ticket, rented car, boat, transfer service etc. also hotel and hostel accommodation fees etc. burning of all the details he has paid, the permissions he has taken from the private company or the state, etc. Holiday Life is not responsible for all details and cannot be held responsible. The customer who rents the Villa/Exaggeration agrees to take this into account.
Exceptional Circumstances
If necessary documents are submitted to our company in cases such as war, threat of war, social turmoil, terrorist acts, natural disasters, health risks, epidemic diseases (Covid-19, etc.) or death in the 1st degree immediate family of the reservation owner, which is completely beyond our control, the amount paid for the reservation The prepayment is taken to be used in a different reservation and the transaction is made by deducting it from the total amount of the new reservation.
**The total amount of the new reservation to be made may vary depending on the selected facility or the dates of stay.
Right of Withdrawal;
Pursuant to subparagraph (g) of Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, which was prepared on the basis of Articles 48 and 84 of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, accommodation, goods transport, car rental, food and beverage, which must be done on a certain date or period The consumer cannot exercise his right of withdrawal in contracts related to the supply of goods and the use of leisure time for entertainment or recreation.
Damage Deposit
Depending on the characteristics of each villa/cottage, a different amount of damage deposit will be charged from the tenant. This amount of deposit will be written in the confirmation document sent to the tenant during the reservation process. The damage deposit will be collected from the tenant in cash on the day of entry to the villa/cottage, and in the control to be made before the tenant leaves the villa/cottage, the villa/cottage delivered intact and the fixtures of the villa/cottage are also damaged, missing, etc. If not, it will be refunded in cash. In case the tenant wishes to leave the villa/cottage earlier than specified in the contract or the villa/cottage exit control cannot be made due to the density, the deposit will be sent to an account number to be taken from the tenant. If the damage to the villa/cottage exceeds the deposit received, the tenant will be asked to pay for this damage, otherwise legal action will be taken.
